Equilibrium Terms and Conditions

Health Attestation 

All students attest that they are fully able to participate in an exercise/fitness regimen of their design or choosing without undue risk. 

Studio Prices

All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. 

All payments will be due at the time of purchase and subject to applicable MD State taxes.

Class Packs may not be shared.

Class Packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase. 

No Show/Late Cancellation 

Any cancellation made less than 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class is a late cancellation. Late cancellations will not be refunded or credited. A $5 fee will be charged to the client's credit card on file.

No call/no show will not be refunded or credited. A $5 fee will be charged to the credit card client's on file.

Student Access

This is not an “open gym” format (except when indicated on the schedule). By class or appointment-only training, unless otherwise noted. 

All adult classes are for individuals 18 years or older. Participants ages 15-17 years old can attend at the sole discretion of the specific class instructor (this needs to be approved prior to start of class). Any participants 15-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under the age of 18 who are with an adult who is taking class may only be in the studio class room if authorized by the individual instructor. (Approval must be obtained prior to class start time.)

Children ages 6-10 are welcome to participate in any Kids Classes on the schedule. 

The facility is located at the address of 610 E 25 St Baltimore City, MD 21218. The hours of operation may vary.


These terms and conditions serve as a liability release in conjunction with the signed mandatory waiver, pursuant to which the Student agrees to indemnify and hold Equilibrium, LLC harmless against and an all claims of loss, injury or damage without limitation.   

Lost Articles 

Equilibrium, LLC assumes no responsibility for property which is lost or stolen. Lost and found items not claimed in 30 days will be donated or discarded. 

Studio Rules & Regulations  

The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines, rules and regulations while in Equilibrium’s studio. These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Equilibrium, LLC. Additionally, the Member agrees to conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness studio.

We ask that the Member arrives 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. If Member is not present by the start of class, Member's spot may be forfeited to another present student.

**Arrival 10-15 minutes prior to class is mandatory for Aerial classes as each person must be measured into the hammock. For all meditation classes, doors close at the start of class and latecomers will not be admitted into the space.

For all other classes, no student will not be admitted into a class beyond 10 minutes late.

If the Member is on the wait list, and is moved into an open spot, a text or email notification will be sent. Please monitor your text and email notifications if you are on a wait list.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you provide will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, support and experience. We do not share your personal information with any other party. Your bank and credit card information is kept private and protected. 


These terms and conditions represent the complete understanding between the Student and Equilibrium, LLC. No representations, written or oral, other than those contained in this contract are authorized or binding upon Equilibrium. LLC. Students agree to promptly notify Equilibrium in writing of any changes of address, e-mail, phone, and/or billing information.


Equilibrium LLC is registered with the State's Consumer Protection Division. 
We are not required to carry a performance bond under the Maryland Health Club Services law because we do not accept more than three months' payment in advance or charge initiation fees over $200. 
If the(club/school/center/program) is closed for a month or more, you are entitled to your choice of either an extension of the(contract/agreement/program) or a prorated refund. If the closing is not the fault of the business, we are entitled to choose. 
Note: Businesses that obligate themselves to provide services for a period longer than three months (regardless of how payment is collected) must also include: 
You have the right to cancel this (contract/agreement/program) within three business days after receipt of a copy of this agreement. Cancellations must be in writing Written notification shall be delivered in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, bearing a postmark from the United States Postal Service, and if mailed shall be postmarked by midnight of the third business day.  
If you cancel, you are entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. 
If you become disabled for at least 3 months during the membership term and the disability is confirmed in writing by a physician, you are entitled to an extension of the (contract/agreement/program). Since we are exempt from the bonding requirement, we cannot collect payments during a member’s disability extension so that we are not holding more than three months' payment in advance. 
This notice is an integral part of the application and contract for membership.
