We recommend you try out a few classes before you commit to a single program. Each has different movement styles and instructors. Your introductory offer is a great opportunity to test the waters and see where you want to focus your efforts.
What will my first time in your gym be like?
Fun, Fun, Fun, you’ll try out your first class or classes with our experienced instructors. They will make sure you are performing the movements in a safe and controlled, fun environment. After your class you will be energized from a great workout, leave feeling accomplished and wanting to come back for more!
How often do you recommend I come to the gym?
If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming two to three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build from there. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend talking with one of your instructors about a more advanced training schedule that fits with your goals.
I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?
You don’t have to be in shape to start. In fact, the initial phase of learning occurs at a slower pace while you build your foundation. The “getting a good workout.” part is a nice by-product of your training and your commitment. You can do this!
Will I get hurt?
The safety of our students is our first priority. Our experienced teachers and training partners understand body mechanics and exercise extreme control in sessions. However, if your goal is to compete at any level, there is an increased risk for injury that comes from an increased level of intensity associated with your practice.
